One of his main focuses is creating an enabling environment for entrepreneurship. He understands that entrepreneurs need a supportive ecosystem that includes access to finance, business-friendly policies, and a simplified regulatory framework.
Bassajabalaba also emphasized the importance of skills development and capacity building for entrepreneurs. He believes that providing training and mentorship programs can equip entrepreneurs with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their ventures.
Consequently, he has encouraged the establishment of entrepreneurship centers and vocational training programs to enhance entrepreneurial capabilities.
