Uganda and Kitara FC forward, Denis Omedi is vying for the Goal of the Year following his nomination at the 2024 CAF Awards.
His sensational Rabona goal against KCCA scored in the FUFA Super 8 quarter-finals on August 6, 2024, at the MTN Omondi Stadium in Lugogo earned him the historic nomination.
The Forward must beat off competition from ten other players to clinch the award. Voting for the prestigious awards ends December 12.
Meanwhile, the winner of the top award will be announced during the glittering CAF Awards Gala, scheduled for December 16, 2024, in Morocco.
