The Speaker of Parliament, Annet Anita Among, is currently hosting Senior Presidential Adviser on Special Operations, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, in Bukedea District, Eastern Uganda.
The event is happening at Kongunga Primary School in Kachumbala County, Bukedea District, where hundreds of locals and dignitaries, including Ministers and Members of Parliament, are attending.
He is expected to address the congregation and as well, listen to the concerns of the local people.
Muhoozi who is expected to stand for the position of President in 2026, is in Teso for a baraza at Soroti Sports Grounds scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday August 15.
He seems to have used the opportunity of being in the area to meet the Speaker and over 300 MPs who on Sunday attended Among’s thanksgiving celebration in Bukedea.
