The Uganda Bikers' Association (UBA) chairman, Angella Ssemukutu placing a white helmet near infront of Oulanyah's casket during a vigil at his official residence in Muyenga.

The Uganda Bikers’ Association (UBA) has paid their final respect to their fallen member and fallen Speaker of Parliament ,Jacob L’Okori Oulanyah .

The Bikers joined the procession from A+ Funeral home in Mengo to Oulanyah’s residence in Muyenga on Sunday April 3 where thousands of friends and family members gathered to pay their final respect.

Oulanyah was a very active member in the association and he loved his bike.

On behalf of UBA, the chairman Angella Ssemukutu conveyed their most sincere condolences to the family Oulanyah.

As the bikers they laid a white helmet infront of the casket of Oulanyah. It is a norm among the bikers to send off their fallen member.The white helmet signifies that the fallen member rides with the angels while in heaven .

Oulanyah died in Seattle,United States of America (USA) where he had been rushed in early February after a long term illness.
