The French ambassador, H.E Jules-Armand Aniambossou and the Norwegian ambassador, H.E Elin Osteo Johansen, today met Gen Odongo Jeje Abubakhar, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uganda at the Ministry headquarters.

In their meeting, their Excellencies expressed their appreciation for the close working relationship between Uganda, France, and Norway, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

They further thanked the Minster for the high-level dialogue hosted by the President of the Republic of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, to discuss various areas of cooperation between the countries to achieve socio-economic transformation of Uganda.

Their Excellencies stressed that this alliance would be a win-win and guaranteed their support to assisting Uganda achieve its developmental goals.

The meeting concluded with the Honourable Minister expressing his gratitude for the opportunity to find new approaches to conducting business through addressing priority areas of interest and finding strategies to achieving developmental goals.
