Nyakahuma also says that those from Kyanamira sub county were arrested after security discovered PDM money was given to civil servants, retired civil servants, wives of Ugandan army officers and established hardware dealers.

Nyakahuma says that the suspects currently being detained at Kabale police station will be paraded before court next week to answer charges, most likely of misuse of office, sabotaging government programs and causing financial loss to the government.
